A new research publication in the top-ranked "Journal of Ethnic and Migration Studies", with the participation of two SCCRE authors, shows that the educational policy preferences of foreigners in Switzerland are practically identical to those of Swiss citizens when it comes to choosing between general education and vocational training. On the other hand, first-generation foreigners exhibit stronger preferences for academic education.
